Taste like chicken! U can get a National Meat 60 Debates St. 204-222-3019. They have all kinds of exotic meats snake etc. they say to deep fry it with a beer fish batter.

 

As a certified working chef I can tell you that the best way I've ever had alligator is breaded and deep fried.

Have you been to National lately? Do they have it again? They didn't seem to for quite a while there.

 

No but there a fish place Neptune I think it's called on Jarvis,that sells crocodile meat. Don't know city very well.

My father-in-law shot one in Florida this winter and brought the meat home. We've been eating it breaded and fried, it's freakin' deelish!!
