Although I practically live on LOTW now and I used to spend alot of time in Nopiming and loved the lakes there. I had many memorable days on Tooth, Quesnal, Booster, Summerhill, Garner, Shoe, Bird and Black Lakes. They were easy to fish, did not need elaborate equipment, and never were really busy (compared to LOTW).
Tooth,Happy,Quesnel,Manigotogan,Flintstone,Siderock,WPG River for summer smallmouth and walleye.
Patterson Lake for Rainbows and Brown trout.
Caddy for winter pike and the odd crappie and wally.
Lake of the Woods for winter Lake Trout and Crappies.
Shoal Lake for winter Whitefish.
Lake WPG for winter Wallys.
And of course the Almighty Red River for Channel Catfish and Monster Greenbacks. :fish2:

Winter or Summer you can have a blast, and if you don't like the crowds ... you've got hundreds of square miles to explore.
