Hello. Just had a frustrating thing happen to me. I put my wife’s and my fishing licences together every year. They are purchased at same time, have sequential registration numbers and all. We were being checked the other day and mine was not there. Misplaced or lost. Whatever. My fault for not checking. I received a ticket for fishing without a licence, and my question would be. Should it not have been a ticket for not being able to produce it? When we purchased a licence there is an original book with the carbon copy’s in it. Would a copy of that help?
