Yes, it went down late last night.
Maybe another upgrade to the site?

I know a lot of us are still waiting for some of our catches to be posted from back in March... A few seem to be trickling in but it is very very slow

:-Drecieved email from travel manitoba yesturday congradulating me on the first in the prov. to recieve a tiger specialist badge. he also asked me to sperad the word to any one else taht will be recieving one, that they have not recieved there metals yet,so you will have to wait for your paper work and metals until they get them. i have told 2 of my buddies who also will be awarded badges. and they will accept tigers as far as you can go back as long as you have recorded them on camera and tape ( if needed ) they will except them.

Dad had so many I couldn't even keep them all straight. Finally I found 6 with a clear measurement picture when mom went with him, all caught on the open water last year. We didn't bother taking pictures for lots of them because tigers weren't part of the MA program. I still need to sort through the digital camera for mom's tigers. She'll have her badge too forsure. They were hitting up the lake practically every evening for months.

Thane, the older tigers you registered look kinda different than the newer ones.. they look longer and skinnier. Congrats to all who got some trophies! Some beauty pictures in there. It's going to be hard to pick one for next year's guide cover! :)

We released so many trophy tigers over the years and took some pictures but many times the fish just released quick if they were more stressed. I didn't fish for tigers this season and it seems the newest entries are chunkier fish. Maybe less Tiger trout competing for food now.

yes there are rumors are town of some getting as many as 20 tigers in a day, brocken rods, alot of brocken lines, i never fished open water on twin for tigers this winter is my first for tigers. ( many years ago we fished open water for musky on twin and was great right up to the winter kill.) and with the summer kill a few years back there is more likely more food for the remaining fish. ( thank god for the air pump).

Always fish the Parkland area only once a year and at best part of a day per year on Twin. One day near 2006 fished it after ice out but otherwise always do my Parkland trip in early October. The tigers are getting smarter. There were days you could easily catch a dozen tigers in 3 or 4 hours but now a bit more of a challenge.

You guys living in that area are sure lucky to be in the mecca of big trout. I get 3 to 4 days in a years and have to pick and choose my lakes to fish. So many great lakes and so little time.
