Finally was able to get out and get some ice time. Fish from 730-noon. 14 fow, Marked alot of fish, took a little awhile to figure them out. Down sized to the 1/4oz jig tipped with a shinner seem to be the ticket, almost still but not dead sticked, light bites. Caught a few small walleyes, hand full of saugers and 16" goldeye! Girlfriend lost a decent pike at the whole! It was nice to get out, warmer temps and all. We'll see where tomorrow takes me.
BTW- Ice was 13-14", closer to the East shore.

Was out there today started out strong 3 walleyes nothing really big and a hand full of cigars. 1/4 Thumper jigs orange and storm soft baits. I was fishing shallow to start and then when't deeper. dead stick was DEAD today everything was hitting on a drop lift several times in a row then suspend about a foot of bottom and the doorbell would ring.
