Default Fishing Checklist Android Application

I am an Android developer, and in the last weeks I've been developing a Fishing Checklist application. It contains data of all (I think) things you would need in a fishing trip, and you can mark them as checked after you packed them, so you don't forget anything.

You can also upload your checklist and share it with your fishing mates.

I am looking for some feedback for the app. What features would you find useful in such an application? Would you add any items to the default checklist?

Here is the Google Play link for the application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...shingchecklist

Any feedback is appreciated!

Could make it interactive so you can add your own items to checklist.

All my gear is stored organized, and together.

Especially when I fish a minimum of 3 times a week.

It's not like a grocery list where I'm running around gathering individual items before I head out from different locations in my garage/house/shed/basement.

Well yeah, if you are very good organised, the app is not really for you

It's a novel idea, however if the target angler is of the absent minded or disorganized variety then maybe some sort of alarm could be incorporated into the app so that they don't forget to check....their checklist.

I am another "organized" individual. If I'm going out to the permie I obviously don't need much. Just auger and some lunch but if I'm mobile then I have two totes and auger that go in truck along with the quad and I'm gone. But I think for the weekly or bi weekly or family fisher that needs to get everything ensembles. Especially with kids. It's a good idea. Lucky for me when kids are coming I have a wife, lol and there own tote of stuff. Now if it was for apple I would download it

Great idea I might add some notification reminders for the items in the checklist

Reminiscing about fishing, prior to the start of the season gives you plenty of time to get everything ready!
In soft water season, everything is already in the boat except coffee, lunch, and minnows. Check gas in truck and boat!
In hard water season, everything is in the truck except coffee, lunch, minnows, and the charged flasher. Check gas in truck, propane, and auger!

No sense wasting wasting valuable time when you can be out fishing!

I forget to bring one thing almost every outing... a check list would definetly help.

Interesting. Just finished looking at it. First thing that jumped at me was that you had camera on two lists, but that checking one doesn't auto check the other. There are likely very good technical reasons for this, and it's not a big deal, but I noticed it.
