Default Navionics

Fishing season is almost here.
I upgraded my sonar from a lowrance to a hummingbird helix 10g2n.
I have my navionics card that was originally in my lowrance with lots of valuable tracks and waypoints.
I understand I have to purchase a new navionics chip formatted to a hummingbird.
Is there any way to transfer my tracks and waypoints from the lowrance navionics chip to the new hummingbird chip that I will be purchasing?

I sent an email to navionics in this regard over 72 hrs ago and they have never replied.
Not good customer service!!

Your tracks and waypoints are stored on your fishfinder, not your chip. Your chip may still work in your Humminbird unit. Try it. Was it included in a Lowrance combo package or purchased seperately?

I transferred all my waypoints from a Humminbird to Lowrance. I needed help from a guy from work as the files will need to be converted. I believe this is the site we used:
